Dining Areas

Three distinct experiences, each with its own character and pace.

The Dining Room at Urban Hearth
01 À La Carte

The Dining Room

The heart of Urban Hearth. The dining room is an intimate space built around the idea that dinner should be unhurried — a place where the food is always the main event and the evening can unfold at its own pace.

Our seasonal menu is written each week around what arrives from our network of New England farmers and fishermen. You might find a roasted root from a farm in Vermont sitting beside a fish that was swimming off the coast of Maine that morning. The menu changes because the land and sea change, and we follow their lead.

Service is warm and attentive without being formal. The room is small enough that every table feels considered.

The Chef's Counter at Urban Hearth

The Chef's Counter

Each night, four guests are invited to take a seat at the kitchen side of the pass for an experience unlike the rest of the restaurant. The Chef's Counter is exactly what it sounds like: dinner in the kitchen, close enough to watch every plate being built.

Five courses move through New England ingredients with a global sensibility. The menu is written daily — shaped entirely by what arrived that morning — so no two seatings are ever the same. It's an experience designed for the curious and the adventurous.

Wine pairing is available and recommended. Because the menu changes nightly, we cannot guarantee accommodation of all dietary restrictions; details are shared with guests upon confirmation.

The Salon at Urban Hearth
03 Bar & Lounge

The Salon

The Salon is a quieter room — suited to a drink before dinner, or an evening that has no particular place to be. The pace is its own. The bar pours natural wines by the glass, a concise selection of cocktails made with the same care as the kitchen, and a rotating list of spirits chosen for character over category.

A curated selection of small plates is available throughout the evening. Walk-ins are always welcome; for groups of four or more, a reservation is recommended.

The Salon keeps its own hours, staying open later than the dining room. It's a good place to end up.
